Abstract
        针对传统逆变器的低电压增益和大开关应力的问题,提出了一种采用独特的T形阻抗网络的串联耦合电感的跨Z源逆变器拓扑结构。与其他阻抗源逆变器相比,它减少了器件数量,提高了电压增益,并大大降低了电容器的电压应力。此外,其输入电流是连续的,可以更可靠地应用于可再生能源分布式发电领域。首先详细分析了电路的工作原理和特性,然后基于简单的升压调制策略建立了仿真实验平台。仿真和实验结果验证了该拓扑结构的正确性和可行性。
