A Method of Power Supply Time Period Division Based on Optimal Division Method

Abstract
In view of the relatively large peak-valley difference of the existing state grid company and the lack of clear peak-valley time period, this paper proposed a method for dividing the peak-valley time period based on the optimal division method and designs some orderly charging strategies. The peak-shaving and valley-filling of grid power supply can relieve the existing power supply pressure of the grid. Here, starting from the power supply stability of the power grid and taking into account user satisfaction, a Bi-level programming model is established to provide an orderly charging strategy. Finally, an algorithm model is established through genetic algorithm to calculate a reasonable power supply plan. Through experimental comparison, it is found that the algorithm scheme provided in this paper has the advantages of peak-shaving and valley-filling and smoothing of grid load for the state grid company.
